Sober Bar
Pueblo’s only alcohol-free bar! Enjoy some of our non-alcoholic wines, beers, and mocktails in a welcoming atmosphere. With fantastic spaces to hang out and almost daily events, there’s something for everyone at The Ethos.

We have some great spaces to rent, including our sober bar, community room, and commissary kitchen. Whether you’re looking to host a social club, a birthday party, or have a dedicated time and space for food truck prep, we have you covered.
