An anti-talent show is an event that celebrates joy and rejects critique-based performance culture. Designed to encourage vulnerability, personal and community driven growth, and enjoyment for enjoyment’s sake; this event is about embracing the power of showcasing your authentic self without the pressure for perfection.
Participants are encouraged to showcase a passion they untrained in, purposely awkward performances, or humorous acts. The anti-talent show is all about performing something you’re not so great at but love to do.
