Join us for our annual Black Artists of Pueblo show: Sankofa
The concept of Sankofa means “go back and fetch it,” symbolizing the importance of learning from the past to build a better future. It’s about reclaiming lost wisdom and heritage, not dwelling on the past but using its lessons to propel growth, identity, and community strength in the present and future.
This show is open to all Black artists in Pueblo and the wider Southern Colorado area working in any medium.
